Yes, all our cleaners are fully insured, background-checked, and trained to the highest standards for your peace of mind.
Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?
Not at all! Our cleaners come fully equipped with professional-grade products and equipment. If you have specific products you’d prefer we use, just let us know.
How do I book a cleaning session?

Is there a minimum booking time?
Yes, our minimum booking time is 1 hour for Carpet Cleaning and Window Washing
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
It’s up to you. Many of our clients are not home during the cleaning. You can arrange key collection or let us in through a concierge or key box.
Do you offer eco-friendly cleaning?
Yes! We offer eco-friendly cleaning options using non-toxic, biodegradable products. Just mention this preference when booking.
Can I get a regular cleaner?
Of course. We can assign you a regular cleaner who gets to know your home and preferences for consistent service.
Do you clean pet-friendly homes?
Absolutely! Our cleaners are happy to work in pet-friendly homes. Just give us a heads-up if you have pets so we can prepare accordingly.
